Boarding
Contract
We require that you sign a Boarding Contract
and Veterinary Consent form when leaving your pets with us
for the first time. This is a simple form that is a “once
off” and covers your pet for their lifetime of boarding
with us. It outlines the terms and conditions of boarding
your pet with us – and ensures that if we do have an
emergency situation with your dog that we can seek Veterinary
treatment for them.

BOARDING CONTRACT AND VETERINARY CONSENT FORM
If, in the opinion of MURRAY BRIDGE BOARDING KENNELS &
CATTERY, my pet(s) needs Veterinary care I agree to have them
seek the services of their Veterinary surgeon. I agree to
pay for all costs incurred for this treatment, and for any
transportation costs.
I agree that I will not hold MURRAY BRIDGE BOARDING KENNELS
& CATTERY liable in any shape or form, should my pet(s)
become sick, injured, or dies whilst being boarded, exercised,
groomed or walked during my pet(s) stay.
I acknowledge that a scale of fees and charges has been given
to me, and I agree to pay all fees and charges owed to MURRAY
BRIDGE BOARDING KENNELS & CATTERY in connection with boarding
my pet(s). These fees and charges are to be finalized upon
collection of my pet(s), unless prior written arrangements
have been made with MURRAY BRIDGE BOARDING KENNELS & CATTERY.
I agree and understand that if I board my pet(s) for longer
than originally contracted, I will contact MURRAY BRIDGE BOARDING
KENNELS & CATTERY to make arrangements. I accept that
normal daily charges will apply for any additional days spent
boarding.
I acknowledge and accept that if I board my pet(s) for a
shorter time than contracted, any discounts are rescinded,
and normal daily tariffs will apply. MURRAY BRIDGE BOARDING
KENNELS & CATTERY may further require that I pay the entire
contracted boarding period.
Whilst the scale of fees and charges may vary with subsequent
visits by my pet(s), I acknowledge and accept that the general
terms of this contract will stay in place for any future visits
by my pet(s) to MURRAY BRIDGE BOARDING KENNELS & CATTERY.
